Villa T_016
The design of this villa was developed in two phases. The building was originally constructed in 1975 to a design by Prof. Arch. Fausto Provenzano, and was then comprehensively refurbished in 2016. The work focused primarily on redesigning the outdoor spaces, redistributing the interior spaces and changing the colour of the façade.
The basement level is set into an artificially landscaped terrain, allowing natural light to reach the lower floors and creating reflections in an ornamental pool on which the columns rest.
The building is characterized by a complex volume connected by projecting stairwells. Its configuration rejects the idea of a “main façade.”
