Villa C_972

The organically designed house adapts to the terrain while preserving all the centuries-old olive trees on the site. The ground was reshaped to make the slope more sinuous.

The villa was featured in issue 418 of L'Architettura Cronaca e Storia, founded by Bruno Zevi, who praised its anti-perspectival, four-dimensional quality.

The floor plan avoids a one-dimensional layout, instead offering a particularly varied design featuring two reimagined bow windows that rise from the ground and bring natural light into the house. On the inner facade, a series of patios and courtyards mediate between indoors and out.
