Sicily Regional Government Building

The project was developed as part of an expression-of-interest process launched in 2004 by the Sicilian Region for delivery through project financing. Prepared on behalf of a consortium of companies led by Maltauro SPA, the project proposed a building on the Uditore site, then zoned for office use and owned by the Region, to accommodate all regional government departments as well as the offices of the Presidency.
