Casa W_020

Penthouse on Palermo’s seafront. This apartment, overlooking the Foro Italico seafront in Palermo, has been completely transformed, both in layout and building services.

Many of the furnishings were made to measure by local artisans, while others were carefully selected, mixing vintage pieces with ethnic elements from Sicilian tradition. From the small loggia and every window, the view sweeps across the Gulf of Palermo, from Monte Pellegrino to Aspra. The client originally intended to use the apartment as a holiday home, but the first guest (understandably) fell in love with the view and decided to make it their permanent residence.

This apartment, overlooking the seafront along Palermo’s Foro Italico, was completely transformed in terms of layout and building services. The spacious living room accommodates the kitchen island, with a large custom-made breakfast bar, a lounge and TV area, and a dining area. The home’s layout is organised around a corridor clad in oak panelling, concealing the bedroom doors and a utility area with laundry facilities.
