The July issue of Home Magazine features an article about an apartment overlooking the Palermo seafront, which we designed a few years ago. The client initially intended to rent it out to holidaymakers for short stays. But the first tenant, captivated by the sea view, decided to stay for good—to the delight of both himself and our client. And they all lived happily ever after.
