“Retrobottega” opens at Quattro Canti: aperitivo and live music in the heart of Palermo
Prezzemolo & Vitale’s Retrobottega has opened at Quattro Canti. The project, designed by Provenzano Architetti Associati, introduces a modern bistro while respecting the architectural character of the space, defined by a cast-iron colonnade that gives the venue its distinctive character.
On the ground floor, a space dedicated to selling the finest food and wine products, in keeping with the P&V brand tradition; on the first floor, a restaurant and wine bar with an unparalleled view over Piazza Pretoria and the Cassaro.
